1. If you haven't already done so, you must setup your RFQWatch first before
viewing it.
Click on RFQWatch (TM) in Level 3.
2. A list of Solicitations will appear according to your preferences.
3. On the right hand side of RFQWatch view, "Bid" is an automatic link that
allows you to bid on this RFQ immediately.
